Yoga and relaxation weekend

Mini weekend retreat from 15 to 17 March 2024

Join us for a relaxing weekend in the oasis of peace of the Sivananda Centre. Learn practical relaxation techniques to improve your wellbeing, recharge body and mind and respond positively to the circumstances and challenges of daily life.

Relaxation is our natural state, it is our birthright. We experience a deeper state of relaxation when we are expending little or no energy. This is the natural way to relax body and mind.

Deep relaxation works on three levels – physical, mental and spiritual. Relaxation is not so much a state as a process, a series of increasing depth. It is a matter of letting go instead of holding on, of not doing rather than doing. When we master the art of proper relaxation, we possess the key to health, vitality and inner peace. Relaxation is a tonic for the whole being, liberating vast resources of energy
