These retreats cater to both beginners and seasoned practitioners, aiming to enhance health, mental balance, and inner peace through the comprehensive teachings of traditional yoga.

Your Yoga Retreat in Austria – What to Expect

Our yoga and meditation programme, designed by Swami Vishnudevananda, offers a harmonious approach to gently guide the body back to its natural biorhythm, allowing you to reconnect with your inner balance.

Each day includes enlightening workshops or talks exploring the practical and philosophical dimensions of yoga, offering profound insights into how these ancient practices can transform modern life.

Beyond the yoga halls, the stunning natural environment invites exploration. Panoramic mountain meadows, serene forests, and sparkling lakes set the stage for refreshing swims, invigorating hikes or relaxing walks.

The popular Yoga and Mountain Magic programme takes visitors on daily guided hikes to alpine gems, offering a deep connection to nature’s tranquility and breathtaking scenery.

Accommodation is provided at the eco-friendly Hotel Pointner. Most rooms include balconies, offering serene views of the Tyrolean Alps. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s Finnish and low-temperature saunas, promoting relaxation and detoxification. The on-site restaurant serves wholesome vegetarian meals prepared with organic ingredients, aligning with yogic dietary principles.
