Spring Rejuvenation Retreat

The Sivananda Yoga Centre in London is organising group transport to France for a Spring Rejuvenation Retreat in the Sivananda Ashram in the Loire Valley from 9 – 16 June 2024. You can join the retreat on your own, with a friend or bring your family.
Relax in the beautiful, natural setting of the Ashram. Progress in your yoga practice, start or deepen your meditation practice, meet yoga practitioners from all over the world and enrich your daily life with new, healthy habits.
The yoga classes will be taught on the outside wooden platform surrounded by nature, provided the weather is fine, or in one of the beautiful studios overlooking the gardens at other times. Delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals are served twice daily. The retreat is smoke- and alcohol free.
