Inspiration from Swami Sivananda

Mental health is even more vital than physical health. Lack of cheerfulness contributes to physical ill-health. If one is always cheerful and entertains good and divine thoughts, he will not suffer from any disease. Health and strength can be yours with a little positive thinking, careful regulation of personal habits, observance of nature’s laws and daily meditation. The source of all health and healing is thy self. Feel thyself to be an ocean of perfect health, strength and vigour. Allow the mind to dwell on this continuously.

– Swami Sivananda

    <div style="color: #373737;">Sharing in Community</div>

    Sharing in Community

Practicing yoga raises our energy and vibration level, and yet maintaining a regular practice alone can still prove challenging. Practicing in a dedicated group with common goals can help overcome this difficulty. Join a team of diverse individuals united by a common goal of personal growth and feel the difference a supportive community can make. The Ashram is a place of high and pure energy in which your desire for growth will feel nurtured and expanded.

    <div style="color: #373737;">Sharing in Community</div>

    Sharing in Community

When we practice yoga we raise our energy and vibration level, when we come together through a common practice we raise each others. When you practice alone, you're confronted with your own thought resistance, which is difficult to overcome. Thinking is a habit, and we run through countless repetitive thought patterns without even being conscious of it. By engaging with a strong group with common goal we elevate each other and our collective consciousness. This is the strength that we cultivate in the ashram community
