Come and join us for the August Bank Holiday Retreat from Friday 28 to Monday 31 August 2026 at Park Place Centre, Hampshire.
Relax, recharge and rejuvenate. The retreat offers a soothing environment to deepen or start your yoga practice, to connect to the practice of meditation, to be inspired by lectures on health, nutrition, positive thinking and yoga philosophy and to recharge during silent walks in nature and along the beach.
You will meet yoga practitioners and like-minded people from all over the UK and beyond. Enjoy the transformative power of the yogic lifestyle amidst the beautiful rolling countryside of the Meon Valley in Hampshire. The venue is situated at a short distance from the Hampshire coast and a trip to the seaside is part of the retreat. Nature and an abundance of fresh air allow us to go deep within and immerse ourselves in silence.
Park Place is a fine old Georgian House, set in 18 acres of beautiful grounds. It is close to the Hampshire village of Wickham. This idyllic rural English Manor is home to a small community of Roman Catholic Franciscan Nuns who run the Pastoral Centre. A peaceful Retreat venue, where you can meditate, relax, unwind, walk with nature, listen to birdsong and get in touch with your inner self.

Cancellation less than 3 weeks in advance: Refund of the amount paid or transfer to another programme organised by the Sivananda Yoga Centre London, minus 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellation less than 1 week in advance: Refund of the amount paid or transfer to another programme organised by the Sivananda Yoga Centre London, minus 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure during the retreat: No refund will be made, and the booking cannot be transferred to another programme.
