Meditation Experience

The Meditation Experience

A guide to the physical, mental and philosophical foundations of meditation

When: Bank Holiday Weekend, 22 – 25 May 2026

Where: Sivananda Yoga Centre London (Putney)

Teacher: Swami Kailasananda, Yoga Acharya

Through regular meditation, the mind becomes clear and the motives pure. The subconscious mind releases hidden knowledge that allows a better understanding of oneself and our relationship to the world. The limited personality slowly dissolves into an expanded consciousness. Ultimately, the superconscious or intuitive forces are released, leading to a life of wisdom and peace.
