Yogic Diet

Boost Your Vitality: The Yogic Approach to Food

When: Friday, 15 – Sunday, 17 May 2026

Where: Sivananda Yoga Centre London (Putney)

The vegetarian, yogic cuisine is fascinating: full of flavour, colour, and creativity. Predominantly plant-based, this diet ensures that our food gets its energy directly from the sun – the source of all life.

Our food choices have a direct impact on our physical health and mental well-being. Through proper nutrition, we can boost our energy level and induce clarity and peace of mind.

The yogic diet is based on fresh, pure ingredients such as grains, vegetables, pulses, fruits, and nuts. They produce an abundance of energy, leave a positive imprint on the mind, nourish our thought processes, and shape our emotions. And yes, it is as tasty as it looks!
