London Retreat Booking Form

1. Attendance at all asana classes, lectures and meditations is obligatory. If you have to be absent from a training activity or meditation, please excuse yourself to your personal mentor, stating the reason. If you miss classes often, you may be excluded from the training.
2. During the retreat we ask you to refrain from alcohol, tobacco, meat, fish, eggs, garlic, onions, black tea and coffee. Drugs of any kind are prohibited.
3. If you have any medical problems, please let us know when you enrol.
4. This course is intensive and requires sound physical and mental health. Please note that it is not possible to participate in the retreat during any phase of pregnancy.
5. The decision to participate in the activities is my own responsibility. In addition I agree that I will not hold the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre responsible for any injuries or damages that might result from my participation in any of the activities

The full payment is due upon booking. We accept payment by cheque (made payable to SYVC), credit card, bank transfer (BACS) and cash.

Leaving the course: A refund for the full amount of the course minus the days present in the course will be issued minus a £50 administration fee.
