The London Centre is organising group travel to France for an Autumn rejuvenation retreat in the Ashram de Yoga Sivananda in the Loire Valley. You can join the retreat on your own, with a friend or bring your family.
Enjoy 7 days of rejuvenation and relaxation in the midst of the French countryside. Discover the benefits of classical yoga and meditation, whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, young or old, fit or not so fit.
The retreat offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in the beautiful, natural surroundings of the Sivananda Ashram – a haven of peace in the Loire Valley. Come alone, with friends or family – all are welcome to start or deepen their yoga practice, connect to the practice of meditation and enjoy the transformative power of the yogic lifestyle.
