Yoga creates a protected space for the growing child and a positive, calming experience for the mother-to-be.
Pregnancy often brings with it a natural inclination towards introspection and connection with the inner self. This class consists of classical yoga exercises adapted for pregnancy: yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, with emphasis on meditation to help the mind and body adapt to pregnancy, prepare for labour and adjust to a new life. Women are welcome to join the class at any stage in their pregnancy, no prior yoga experience is necessary. Please consult your doctor before attending the pregnancy class.
