Are you past the basics and ready to incorporate more dynamic postures and variations into your yoga practice?
Take your practice to the next level in the intermediate yoga class. Following a short pranayama session (breathing exercises), the class moves into an invigorating sequence of classical hatha yoga postures with emphasis on the breath and on relaxation. We progressively work towards prolonged holding of the postures. In final relaxation we bring about physical, mental and spiritual relaxation – the key experience of yoga. There are 24 intermediate yoga classes to choose from each week.
