These courses offer in-depth instruction on teaching methods combined with intensive personal practice. Further training courses are taught by experienced Sivananda yoga teachers and are open to graduates of the Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course. Interested graduates of other recognised 200-hour teachers’ training courses are encouraged to inquire about availability.

The course curriculum is based on teaching material from Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, insights from modern health sciences and over 50 years of teaching experience in the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres. Thanks to Q&A sessions in detailed correction workshops, and teachers sharing their experiences, you will take home new ideas and fresh inspiration for your teaching and personal practice. With each course you will also receive a confirmation of participation stating the number of course hours attended.
