Swami Vishnudevananda left his body on 9 November 1993 and attained the highest state of consciousness. Swamiji’s mahasamadhi is celebrated with a puja and stories commemorating his life and teachings.
A puja is a devotional ritual that conveys the deep essence of spirituality. Devotional rituals elevate the mind, soothe the nervous system and generate harmony. The chants bring much joy and have a very positive effect on physical and mental wellbeing.
The celebration is free of charge. Donations are most welcome. Flowers and fruits are auspicious offerings when attending the Mahasamadhi celebration of Swami Vishnudevananda.
