Easter Retreat, Snowdonia National Park in North Wales
31 March – 4 April, 2018
Arrival: around 3pm, 31 March | Departure: around 12.30pm, 4 April
Join us for our yearly yoga and meditation retreat over the Easter weekend. Relax, recharge and rejuvenate. Discover the benefits of classical yoga and meditation, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, young or old, fit or not so fit.
The retreat offers an opportunity to start or deepen your yoga practice, to connect to the practice of meditation and enjoy the transformative power of the yogic lifestyle amidst the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia National Park.
The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres brought authentic yoga from India to the West 60 years ago. For us, it is more a way of life than a form of exercise. We’d be happy to share it with you over the Easter weekend.
