The London Centre is organising group travel to France for an autumn rejuvenation retreat in the Ashram de Yoga Sivananda in the Loire Valley. You can join the retreat on your own, with a friend or bring your family.
The Ashram is a haven of peace, an ideal place to combine the practice of yoga and meditation with relaxation and self-development. Its natural setting is very conducive to contemplation and rejuvenation: vast open spaces, forests with century old trees populated by countless species of birds, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
At the Ashram de Yoga Sivananda, people from around the world come to connect to a holistic way of living in harmony with nature. A stay at the Ashram augments stress resilience and enhances your physical, emotional and spiritual health. You will face life with renewed energy and inspiration.
We are looking forward to accompanying you in your yoga practice during the autumn rejuvenation retreat.
Swami Bhagavatananda is co-director of the Ashram de Yoga Sivananda. She is a thorough teacher who teaches with care and precision.
Kailas is the practical manager of the Ashram. He is a dynamic Sivananda teacher and teaches yoga with much attention to detail.
Madalassa is a young and dynamic yoga teacher with a keen interest in asanas and much energy and enthusiasm to share.
