Enjoy an afternoon of rejuvenation and relaxation during our monthly Open House. Discover the benefits of classical yoga and meditation, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, young or old, fit or not so fit.
The Open House is open to all and free of charge – newcomers to yoga and meditation are very welcome to join.
