We welcome you for a beginners-friendly two-day meditation course. Meditation classes, simple breathing exercises, cooking demonstration, nutritious vegetarian meals and walks along the Thames make this a mini-retreat in the heart of London.
The meditation course is designed to help you set up a regular meditation practice at home. Meditation is the art of slowing down and focusing the mind. It is an invaluable tool for emotional balance and peace of mind. The course takes a step-by-step approach to learning how to meditate and is accessible to complete newcomers. It also allows experienced meditators to deepen their practice and further their understanding of meditation and its vast potential.
