This one-day introduction programme is perfect for those who are new to meditation or people who have only practiced meditation occasionally. Meditation is an important key to achieving peace of mind in our increasingly full lives. Regular practice enhances mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Our introduction day offers a twelve-step guide to meditation and shows you how to make meditation a part of your everyday routine. Meditation workshops, nutritious vegetarian meals and a walk along the river Thames make this a mini-retreat in the heart of London.
