WPracticing yoga helps the body to maintain its complex balance, which boosts the capacity for self-healing. Asanas promote health by increasing the range of motion in the joints, keeping the body mobile. Asanas focus on strengthening and stretching the key muscles. This will help to gradually improve faulty alignment, particularly in the lower and upper back. This workshop aims to bring an understanding of anatomy and posture, related to your yoga practice.
