The immune system is an important indicator of vitality. It represents our capacity to defend our health against physical, emotional and environmental challenges.

Ayurveda dates back more than 5,000 years ago and is believed to be the most ancient medical system in the world. It is a source of profound knowledge for boosting the immune system and improving and maintaining good health. Ayurveda is a holistic science. By cultivating a balanced way of living in physical and mental harmony with nature, we can attend to the root cause of imbalances.

Angela Hope-Murray D.O. has been a practitioner of complementary medicine for over 30 years. She has been studying Ayurveda with Dr Vasant Lad and is a colleague of Dr Robert Svoboda. She is also an osteopath and dedicates her time to the promotion of Ayurveda in the UK.
