• Marma points (vital energy or acupressure points): heart, brain, bladder
• Elevating the emotions through mantra chanting
• Self-pulse-reading after meals, yoga practice and meditation
The lectures and discussions avoid any complicated medical or Sanskrit terms and are open to all audiences.
