The science of life

Upcoming Dates

Ayurveda is a holistic science. It aims at preventing disease and improving health and wellbeing.

Ayurveda dates back more than 5,000 years ago and is believed to be the most ancient medical system in the world. It is a source of profound knowledge for improving and maintaining good health, curing disease and increasing longevity.
