Do you have a regular, well established yoga practice?
Have you developed strength and flexibility in your postures?
If you are keen to deepen your experience further, then the advanced class is for you. This class will keep you challenged by guiding you through more advanced postures and extended pranayama practice. Postures will be held for increasingly prolonged periods of time, stilling the mind into silence.
