Wellness begins where the physical, emotional, and spiritual meet: in the gut. A healthy digestive system is the prerequisite for a vibrant life and a focused mind.
This workshop will combine the timeless principles of Ayurvedic healing with the latest discoveries regarding the Microbiome. Discover how digestive health influences every system of your body and your emotional well-being. Learn to view your digestion not just as a biological process, but as a spiritual practice, and gain practical insights to help you heal, prevent illness, and live in a state of conscious balance.
Sunday, 14 June, 1:30 – 3:15 pm
The state of your immune system reflects your diet, lifestyle, and outlook on life. The immune system is not the cause of our challenges but a reflection of every aspect of life and consciousness.
This workshop will share the deepest Ayurvedic and Yogic wisdom as it relates to the healing journey of body, mind, and consciousness. You will learn the keys to building ojas, including practical tips to transform the course of your life. Learn to improve every aspect of your health and well-being.
